Can you fix my ceiling after a roof leak?
Yes, once the roof leak is fixed and the area is dry. Wet drywall or insulation may need to be cut out and replaced. We can quote the roof repair and the interior repair together.
Do small remodels need a permit?
Some do. Work that changes plumbing, electrical or structure often needs a City of Edmond permit, while cosmetic work like paint and trim usually does not. We will tell you what applies to your project.
